Rreturn & Refund Policy
At Craft Source, customer satisfaction is our priority. We comply with the Saudi E-Commerce Law and Consumer Protection regulations.
- Customers may request a return within seven (7) days from the delivery date, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
- Opened, used, or damaged products due to misuse are not eligible for return.
- Consumable products such as 3D printing filaments cannot be returned once opened.
- If a product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed manufacturing defect.
